Essential: 

• Tent 

• Tent pegs 

• Hammer/Mallet

• Warm sleeping bag 

• Sleeping mat / air mattress (with pump and extra batteries) 

• Pillow 

• Torch 

• Plate, bowl, cutlery, travel mug for hot drinks - you’re going to need these for your meals! 

• Water bottle 

• Flask / cup for hot drinks 

• Towel and toiletries (quick dry towels are great!) 

• Bible, notebook and pen 

• Warm layers 

• Raincoat 

• Sun cream (covering all weather systems!)

Good to have: 

• Hot water bottle (we’ll have kettles in the Village Hall for hot water)

• Extra blanket and warm layers

• Warm hat to sleep in

• Head torch  

• Any games you fancy 

• Welly boots 

• Flip flops (for trips to the showers!) 

• Snacks and drinks 

• Battery pack for your phone

KXC is camping in a dedicated Village together with the other Table churches. Our Wildfires Village Hall will have fridges, power points and lighting, and lots of space to socialise and eat together. The Wildfires Village and the General Camping Area will have a fire pit with hay bales for seating so you can make new friends and enjoy those cosy evening fireside chats.

Please select KXC as your church when you book and you will have a camping spot in our village.

Wildfires will also have food trucks on site for lunch and any other snacking needs! 

*Meal tickets with KXC are now closed. But never fear, you'll still be able to grab food from the Wildfires vendors or feel free to bring your own and join in.

Wildfires is passionate about children and hosts an excellent themed programme across different age groups to create an amazing time of family, friendship and encounter. Check out what they’ve got in store for the Kids & Youth.

At the TABLE village, we will provide child-friendly meals and space for family fun around Camp Fires.

Table is a family of churches that includes Bow Church, KXC, St Basil's Devon, St Gregory's North Cornwall, St Peter's Brockley, St Saviour's Finsbury Park, and Trinity Church Nottingham.

Volunteering at Wildfires is a unique opportunity to be part of the festival, and comes with all the perks you’d expect:
