VISION FOR KXC IN 2024/25

On All In Sunday in early October, Pete dived into what he and the team are sensing for the season ahead and there’s so much to be excited about. We expect the following year to be full of stories of hope, people finding community and testimonies of our extraordinary God at work.

We've identified seven key priorities that we believe God is calling us to focus on over the next few years. While these priorities aren't limited to specific ministries, we're encouraging every area of ministry to align with and embrace them.

The first three priorities below are our core focus for the next year.

ALL IN GIVING

Over the past year, our Sunday attendance has risen, with around 1200 people calling KXC their regular home. In the same period, the number of regular givers has remained consistent at around 400 people a month, which is far less than our Sunday attendance or the number of people who have found home in Hubs.

The cost of this growth and the role we play as a resource church means that our budgets assume an increase in regular giving that matches our growth on a Sunday. So this year we’re taking a new approach, setting two key goals to raise a total of £250,000.

GOAL ONE: RAISE £100,000 THROUGH REGULAR GIVING

Our first goal is to raise £100,000 this year through an increased number of regular givers which will enable us to step forward confidently into everything we believe God is calling us into in the season ahead. Below is what has been pledged so far:

GOAL TWO: RAISE £150,000 THROUGH ONE-OFF GIFTS

Our second goal is to raise £150,000 in one-off gifts, preparing us for the adventures that lie ahead, particularly in the area of church growth and planting. Below is what has been pledged so far:

ALL IN SERVING

Serving is a great way to build community within the church and impact those beyond it. We invite everyone to join a Sunday team or find a place to serve regularly in one of our local mission projects.
