King's Cross Church (KXC) is an Anglican church led by Pete and Bee Hughes that was launched in 2010 to engage with the missional opportunities created by the King’s Cross redevelopment. Our vision is to ‘serve God’s purposes to make all things new’ through bringing the good news of the gospel to all those who live, work and pass through King’s Cross.
Now 16 years old, KXC is a vibrant church of over 1,000 people and continues to grow healthily across 4 congregations each week. Our church family has become increasingly diverse, with individuals from different backgrounds and a growing number of kids and youth attending each week.
We were designated as a Resource Church in the Diocese of London in 2019 with a vision to plant churches, raise up leaders and serve the wider church with resources in the area of worship, discipleship and mission. Examples of this include: Pattern, BREAD, KXC Worship, and the TABLE family of churches.In 2022 we moved into our first permanent home, King's House, a former billiard hall just a few metres from King’s Cross Station. As well as being a centre of worship, community and mission, the building is also home to our trading activities’ operations - King’s House Events and our newly launched King’s House Coffee.
Our staff team of circa 40 operates across King’s House and All Saints, Caledonian Road and is divided into 5 streams: Presence, Formation, Family, Mission and Operations.
Our Senior Leadership Team has developed seven key strategic priorities for us to focus on both as a staff team and as a church over the next few years. All of our activities flow from these seven key strategic priorities as we seek to steward the growth, discipleship and maturing of our congregation as KXC continues to flourish in a global city context.

The aim of the role is to support Pete and Bee Hughes to enable them to be most effective in leading the church and staff team and play their role within the wider church through the TABLE family, the Wildfires Festival and other key relationships. The EA will help ensure that priorities are well managed and communication with key stakeholders is clear.
The role involves a mixture of administrative support, communication management, event coordination, and diary organisation, helping Pete and Bee to steward their time and responsibilities well.

We are looking for a Kids Pastor to bring leadership to our KXC Kids ministries. This inlcudes:
Building a culture of discipleship that helps children encounter the living God and grow in their faith.
Supporting parents in raising their kids to know Jesus.
Creating spaces of joy, fun, and belonging within our KXC family.
Reaching beyond the walls of the church, building connections and sharing the love of Jesus with children and families in the local area.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Communications Manager to join the team at KXC.
You’ll oversee KXC’s day-to-day communications across all of our channels (social media, newsletter, email, website, print), working closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across our comms, and have oversight and input of strategic elements to help tell the stories of what God is doing throughout our community.

We are looking for someone who can hold and build the local worship team in order to release the Lead Worship Pastor to spend more time on building KXC’s external worship ministry.
The Worship Pastor will:
bring strong administrative skills and experience
cultivate a healthy team culture, and is able to build strong relationships
play an instrumental role in raising up leaders and musicians, both to grow in their musical gifting but also in character and in their walk with the Lord.
