LEAD A HUB
If you love gathering people, love Jesus, and are part of the KXC family, we’d like to invite you to explore Hub leading. This is a great way of opening up space for people to connect and grow in faith.
If you’ve got an idea for a Hub or are interested in leading in the future, we’d love to hear from you. We typically ask people to be part of an existing KXC Hub for at least one term before becoming a Hub Leader, but even if you haven’t yet, we’d still like to hear from you.
Afterwards, we’ll send more info on what’s involved with being a Hub Leader. If you’ve got any questions, you can also email us at hubs@kxc.org.uk

What types of Hubs can I start?
🏠 VILLAGE HUBS: Location-based, meeting weekly or fortnightly in homes for community, scripture, and prayer. People often stay for multiple terms. This is the most common type of Hub. We provide resources to help Village Hub leaders follow along with the KXC teachings on a Sunday, but there’s flexibility to use different materials in each group.
🌱 COURSE HUBS: Go through a teaching series to learn about a particular area of life and faith. They refresh with a new intake of members each term. We have a number of different video courses ready to run off-the-shelf, or you could run a particular course that’s on your heart.
🙏 PRAYER HUBS: Centred on prayer for a particular area or industry. They gather flexibly (at least monthly) and can be joined in addition to other Hub types. We aim to make the prayer focus specific enough so that people can join in easily, but broad enough that you can get a wider group together.
🤝 MISSION HUBS: Formed around mission, seeking to build relationships beyond the KXC family, and be places of invitation into the church. There’s plenty of space to get creative around a shared activity or way of reaching out to the community.
🧑🎓 STUDENT HUBS: Our community of students (ages 18-25) run Student Hubs and gatherings throughout the term. Because this is part of the wider student ministry, the best way to get involved is to contact the team via the KXC Students page.
