A WHOLE CHURCH CALL TO PRAY & FAST
As we look ahead to a new season at KXC, we’d love for you to join us in a week of prayer and fasting to seek God together.
From the evening of Sunday 11th October, we’ll be fasting (eating just one evening meal a day) through to the evening of Saturday 17th.
As part of this, join us on a morning prayer video call from 7:30-8:00am, Monday to Friday, as we focus our prayers on a different area of church life each day.

The group aims to be a relaxed and welcoming place for parents and carers to meet and get to know one another, and for children ages 0-4 to play and have lots of fun in a safe environment. All parents and carers are welcome, whether you attend KXC on a Sunday or not.
From 10-11.15am, we have a free-play session.
At 11.15am we gather together to sing, clean up and finish!
There is also coffee, tea, baked goods and fruit to enjoy.
WHAT WE EXPECT
You’ll look after your own child or children, not leaving them unattended at any point.
You won’t take photos or videos of children other than those in your care.

BHM: Exalt x Seek First
Join us as Seek First hosts Exalt.
This is a night where, as we lift up the name of Jesus, we glimpse the kingdom of Christ where every tribe and tongue are welcomed and celebrated in worship.
In that place of prayer, we hold both joy and lament, creativity and challenge as the Spirit meets us in the tensions of our world and transforms them into praise.

Join us for an evening celebrating Black lives and art through a screening of the film 'Hidden Figures'.
This film is based on the book by Margot Lee Shetterly, focusing on the real life stories of three African-American women who were essential to the success of early spaceflight.

Testimony Night: South Asia
God is at work and moving in power even in hard-to-reach places like the Himalayas.
Join us for Testimony Night, where KXC member Aly will share about her time on mission in South Asia last spring.
Hear fresh stories of divine appointments, people encountering Jesus, and mission movements growing across the region. Discover what God is doing among people who have never heard the Gospel, and catch a glimpse of what’s on His heart for the nations.
We’ll also spend time interceding together for South Asia and exploring how we can partner with God in what He is already doing in the world
Because you don’t always have to go to make an impact! Come expectant, be encouraged, and discover how you can be part of God’s mission to the nations.

You're free to enjoy other activities before and after your slot.

As followers of Jesus, we long to live in peace. But how, when chaos and confusion surround us? We so often find ourselves overwhelmed, on an emotional roller coaster and unable to find God in the middle of it all.
Is He even there? Does He care? How can I be sure?
Join us as we take a scientific and biblical look at our mental health issues, as well as considering the spiritual and emotional impact that 21st century living has on our faith.

Churches uniting to pray for an awakening in King’s Cross
On Monday 28th Sept at 7.30pm in King’s House, we’re gathering with King’s Cross Baptist Church for an evening of worship, prayer, and intercession, contending together for a fresh outpouring of the Spirit in King’s Cross and in London.
What to expect
At Seek First, we create a space in our regular church rhythms for two things:
We worship God - just because he is worthy
We pray and intercede for what we sense is on God’s heart
Each week we meet in the Upper Room at King’s House, where we worship with less structure than our worship times on a Sunday. You can come and go as you please or stay for the whole evening. People engage in different ways. Some will sing and dance, others will read scripture and journal, and others will use the space to soak in God’s presence.

On the evenings of 3rd, 10th and 17th August, writers, artists, and performers from KXC Church will run workshops to share their skills and kickstart a new wave of creativity in London.
These sessions will be all about faith, joy and connecting with one another in a space where it's OK to experiment and make mistakes.
Each evening, you'll have the option to learn from 1 of 3 creative disciplines. You can see each day's choice of sessions on the Agenda below.
Please come at 7pm for a 7.15pm start, and bring paper and something to write with.
If you've ever wanted to activate a new creative skill, explore questions about God, or meet more creatively-minded people, this is for you.

God is truly moving across the nations and among the unreached. His kingdom is advancing and we get the honour of joining in with it.

Choices Summer Gathering
At Choices we see every day how mental health during and after pregnancy can shape women’s lives, families and their parenting journeys. After 25 years walking alongside women through pregnancy, loss and parenthood, we’ve learnt so much about the hidden impact it can have - and how the right support can help women overcome trauma and mental health challenges to move forward with confidence.

You're invited to a Bring & Share lunch with others from the 9.30 service! On Sunday 5th July, we're heading over to Winton Primary after the service for a meal together as church family. It's a great chance to get to know others from the congregation, make new friends, and eat good food together.

KXM x KXW: The Church & Dating
Join us for a combined KXM & KXW evening as we explore what it means for us to be a church family where people can thrive in singleness and dating. We all have a part to play in this – so whether you're single, dating, or married, we'd love you in the room. Expect a short talk, a panel, and honest conversation as we explore how to navigate relationships with wisdom, clarity, and faith.
Note: we're treating this as a family talk, so this event is only for people who call KXC their church home. That usually looks like being a regular part of one of our congregation, being in a Hub, and/or on a serve team. If you're visiting, or you're based in another church, we'd ask you not to sign up for this one. Thanks!
