LEAD A HUB 

If you’ve got vision for leading others deeper in their faith in a KXC Hub, we’d like to invite you to explore Hub leading. This is a key role in the life of our church, and a great way of making more space for people to grow closer to Jesus and build community.

We’ve found that Hub leading is most effective from a place of belonging. So we ask that everyone exploring Hub Leading has been in a KXC Hub for at least one term. We’ll send some more info on what’s involved with being a Hub Leader once you’ve completed the form below.

How to become a Hub Leader:

1. Think about why, when, where, how, and who you could co-lead with

2. Complete the New Hub Leader Form below

3. Chat with our Formation Team, who will come back to you with the next steps

4. Confirm your Hub plans and details

5. Attend a New Hub Leader Training

6. Launch your Hub

We offer support and training to all of our Hub Leaders along the way too.
