Job Opportunities

Student Pastor

Kings Cross Church (KXC) is a growing Anglican church in central London, with a vision to serve God’s purpose to make all things new. The church was started in 2010 by Pete and Bee Hughes, and in that time has grown to a congregation of around 600 people.

Within that community is a thriving student ministry with around 100 students from local universities who would call KXC home. The ministry is marked out by a missional focus, both the universities and the local community, and we are looking for an exceptional student pastor to continue to develop this work.

The role would be well-suited for those training towards church leadership and seeking experience in a thriving urban context, and this could include those preparing for Ordination and looking for a placement church.

We are looking initially for someone to work 3 days per week in this capacity, but there may be the possibility to extend this to a full-time position if combined with additional roles.

For further job information please see the ‘Job Description’ attached.

To apply for the role, please send a covering letter and up-to-date CV (giving addresses of two referees – one personal, one professional) via email to:rich@kxc.org.uk

If you have any questions or would like to talk anything through with us, please give Rich Spens a call on 0203 432 5396, or email: rich@kxc.org.uk

The closing date for applications is 5pm Friday 14th July 2017
